Everything was a great value for what the price was and everyone was very happy with what we experienced. Location was great as we toured around neighbouring towns, as well as having great access to outlets right in Appleton including the mall and restaurants. The free warm cookies were such a great idea and the pool and on site restaurant were both 10/10 atmospheres. Service staff went above and beyond to offer accomodations to room requests as well as an adjustment to check in time. Rooms had perfectly comfortable facilites and a great highway/business night view from the side of the building we were on. Great job guys, really gave us Canadians a fantastic first impression of Wisconsin!

The location was great, just off the highway. The bartenders were fun and went over the top to.help us celebrate our anniversary Dinner was good.. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast but the person overseeing the area was excellent & helpful.

When booking room it was displayed that breakfast was included however once we checked in we were told that breakfast is only included for rewards members. After we explained our disappointment they were very accommodating to ensure we had breakfast at no cost prior to our departure.

The location was perfect for our needs. The pool space was fantastic and the kids had a blast. Check in was fast and easy. The view out the 7th floor window was nice and my son loved it.

The room and location to where we were visiting was great. It was not a look commute and the hotel was close to various eating locations. The room itself was clean and inviting. I will definitely stay again. The initial welcome upon checking in was great; he acknowledged me by name (loved this personal touch)!
